RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Before you return a Veda product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Most of the processes are manual; hence the irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and not counted as a defect.
Incase of any size issues we would replace with the desired size if available in stock. If not available than will issue a store credit valid for 12 months.

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at support@shopveda.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

NOTE

  • Processing the order within US and Canada takes 3 – 5 working days and then shipping takes 6 – 10 working days.
  • The product bought will only be accepted for exchange if informed within 3 days after the delivery and are with brand tags intact and found in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks. The Veda team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
  • Exchange is only applicable once and with the products of equal price value or more.
  •  No Returns or Exchanges for Discounted/Sale products
  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable
  •  In case of exchange, Reverse pick facility is not available. Customers are required to pay both ways for the shipping costs. For returns shipping offers would not be applicable.
  • Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. For returns email mentioning the order id in the subject line at support@shopveda.com

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or Paypal Transactions:

  • As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.
  • In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
  • Refunds will not be applicable incase a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

No Refunds Will Be Given In Case of Shipments, If:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
